PDP over dramatization call on PMB to quit is absurd and laughable. For a long time, Nigeria has been referred to as the theatre of the absurd noit because we are special beings or spirits inhabiting. The geographical space but due to our actions and utterances which is an assault inhuman sensibilities.
PDP calling in PMB to resign over the state of the economy was not only laughable because we know those who brought us to this economic recession by running a kleptocracy for 16 years but went further to expose the danger posed to our democracy by clownish opposition party who see democracy into a huge joke of which we Nigerians are not prepared for such.
One thing that is indisputable about democracy is that it requires responsibility and focus from both the ruling party and the opposition. But unfortunately, it seems we have to suffer the inadequacy of tolerating clowns as opposition party until a responsible one comes along the line to perform its expected function in a multi party democracy.
All the same, it was not lost on some political watchers that the lteast comedy show by a faction of the PDP might have been a ploy to distract from the scandal of former first lady Dame Patience Jonathan Mooney laundery saga which is becoming messier by the day.
We need to save our democracy from the antics of the PDP which continuously paints the picture of it as a comedy show by calling on the other parties to make up and fill the vacuum. The time is. now!
