If there is one thing amuse one most in Nigeria then it is our political development. The level of hypocrisy in our land is amusing. Nigerians hypocritically pretend as if they don't have political affiliations or sympathy for any one or party.
But will go to an extent of labeling someone who openly profess his/her political philosophy or association through either their posts, or write ups or even in comments.
But honestly one has to belong to one, or have sympathy for one. One has to make a choice between two ends because there is no middle course in life. One is either in or out because there is no in life. One is either in or out because there is no in and out simultaneously.
Most those who claims that they have no sympathy of political affiliation have become the major of political developments in the United States with the Hilary Clinton of the Democratic Party as against Donald Trump of the Republican Party.
Yet, they did nothing to support our political development in Nigeria. Are Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump Political Saints? Are they also saints by telling us they don't believe in our political system because of its inherent deficiencies which in their thinking, is totally absent in American system?
If one can openly support a political party in the United States of America and yet still hiding and pretending not to have support or sympathy for any of the political parties in Nigeria then we will take them as one of the people causing problems and wishing Our Political Development a step back.
This is a political hypocrisy which is very amusing. The right of association is an in alienable right under the Nigerian Constitution. We all must contribute to the Political Development in our Country to make it better.
