The serious regions will develop and move on at their pace. With time the slumbering regions will wake up and see good examples all around them to copy.
But the Augean stable should be cleared first. Trust amongst the regions should be rekindled. We are too fractions at the moment. GEJ catapulted ethnic schism to a new height so bad that we live as total strangers.
The next man will see issues first from an ethnic angle, then from religious perspective before considering merit. Religion has never been so divisive as we have now.
In the present quagmire RC will only breed so much hatred that South Sudan will only be a guiding template for us. That is our fear.
We will advocate we implement RC
1. When there are less bilious hatred amongst the Confederating Unit.
2. When the possibility of exporting monstrous corruption is at a very low ebb. We should subdue the urge for corrupt tendencies first.
3. When leaders see leadership as stewardship. Sounds utopian but who says we need a motley of leadership crowd to achieve this. Just few leaders with the spartan quality and mindset will suffice.
4. When patriotic politics is in our consciousness rather than the current patriarchal politics.
If we pass all those notorious traits down in significant amount, we should be able to contain the aftermath.
